How does booking direct work?
Browse listings, find a place you like, and contact the host directly. Hosts with Instant Book enabled let you pay and confirm immediately. Otherwise, send an inquiry and the host will get back to you to arrange your stay.
Are there any service fees?
No. You pay what the host lists — nothing more. We don't add platform fees or service charges on top of the listed price.
What's the difference between Instant Book and inquiry?
Instant Book listings let you select dates, pay, and confirm your reservation immediately. Inquiry listings require you to message the host first — they'll confirm availability and details before you book.
How do I contact a host?
Every listing has a message button. Send the host a message to ask about availability, pricing, or anything else. Once they respond, you can arrange your stay directly.
How do I know a host is trustworthy?
Look for the Verified badge on a listing. Verified hosts have been vetted for reliability and quality. You can also read guest reviews on each listing before reaching out.
What stay lengths are available?
It depends on the listing. Many hosts offer both nightly and monthly stays, with discounts for longer bookings. Filter by your dates and check each listing for minimum stay requirements.
